We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Change of Mind

We offer exchanges or store credit on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Clearance items are exempt from this.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- The purchaser is responsible for return postage of orders. Please contact us so we can provide you with the return address.
Refunds

Refunds are issued for faulty or defective items as per consumer law.

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos.

Clearance Items
- The purchase of Clearance Items are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind purchases of clearance items.
