Returns and Exchanges

Please choose your purchases with care as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect fit or incorrect selection made.

If you have purchased an item that does not suit your needs we will gladly assist with an exchange or store credit.  Item's can be returned to us in original packaging, unused and unwashed and store credit for exchange will be provided. Shipping costs are not refundable. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost and must include parcel tracking.

Please note that all Clearance item sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be offered on the sale of Clearance items unless the item is faulty.

If free shipping has been provided on your original order to be exchanged, you will be liable for the full postage cost of the exchange item.

Should an item be faulty, please contact us to advise of the fault immediately and arrange return of the product. A full refund or exchange will be provided to you.

Please ensure that with any returns or exchanges, you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide you with the returns address.

Please advise us of any issues or concerns with your order within 14 days of parcel delivery - we are unable to investigate any order concerns after this period of time has passed.
