Returns and Exchanges
If you have purchased an item that does not suit your needs we will gladly assist with an exchange or store credit (some conditions apply).
Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase if still in original packaging, unused and unwashed and store credit for exchange will be provided - excluding sale items
We do not provide a refund for Change Of Mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty or in need of repair.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost and must include parcel tracking. If exchanging your item, an invoice will be sent to you for the actual cost of returning the item to you (our shipping flat rates do not apply to exchanged goods)
If we have provided free shipping on the items that you are returning, the shipping rate will be deducted from your credit voucher.
Please note that all sale item transactions are final. Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund if you change your mind or select the wrong size on any sale item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of Promotional items (Christmas, Easter, special events etc). These items are generally available for sale for a short period of time only and can only be accepted as a return if faulty.
We are unable to accept returns on items that pose a hygeine risk - items include but are not limited to: baby dummies/pacifiers, swimwear, cloth nappies, baby bath/skin care products, breast pads, consumable lactation products, breast pumps, ice packs.
Should an item be faulty, please contact us to advise of the fault immediately - we will discuss the best possible resolution with you.
Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide you with the returns address - items that are returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Please advise us of any issues or concerns with your order within 14 days of parcel delivery - we are unable to investigate any order concerns after this period of time has passed.
