There may be delays with you receiving your goods due to reduced airline traffic and social distancing measures implemented by our freight partners (Australia Post and Sendle), so we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Standard Delivery: 3-14 days, flat rate of $8.95 or free for orders over $99.
Express Delivery: 2+ days, $12.95. Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for customers. Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries but has removed the Express Post guarantee for the time being.
Bulky Goods: 3-14 days, rates calculated at checkout. More information below.
Local Pickup: Skip the shipping rates and pick up online orders from our warehouse at 21 Ebden st, Claremont Tasmania 7011. Orders are usually ready within 1-4 business hours of placing and can be collected Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Due to the size and weight of a very select number of items (Tiny Harlow Dolls Furniture), there is a delivery charge based on the state you reside for these Bulky Goods. This will automatically be calculated and added to your cart at checkout.
*Bulky Goods are excluded from our free delivery for orders over $99 offer and from any promotional free shipping offers.
Bulky Goods require a physical address to deliver to as we are not able to ship to a PO Box.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch orders within1-2 business days unless stated in the product description. Tracking details for Australian orders will be provided when item has been sent. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post or Sendle websites.
All orders are packed, checked, and sent from our warehouse in Hobart, Tasmania. We dispatch from Postcode 7011.
Please contact Australia Post if your item arrives late, damaged or is lost. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for such occurances.
Please ensure the correct address details are recorded on your order. If we need to resend your returned order, additional costs incurred to redirect a parcel will be passed on to you.
If items are not collected from pick up locations (eg: post offices) within the required timeframe and returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for re-delivery fee.
Pre-Order Items: If your order includes an item that is listed as 'pre-order', all items will be shipped together when all pre order items has been received. If you need items that are not pre order, sent immediately - please place separate orders.
We do not accept cancellation of any 'Pre-order' items.
Discount Coupons: Some items are excluded from discount offers such as our pre-order and clearance items. We reserve the right to cancel or end discounts codes at any time and without notice.
If a discount code is not added at checkout and applied to your order, we are unable to credit or refund any amount after a transaction has been processed.
