We aim to dispatch orders within1-3 business days, excluding pre-order items.

This timeframe may be extended during sale periods or high order volume periods.

Standard Delivery: We offer free delivery for standard orders (excluding bulky items) over $150 or a flat rate of $9.95 

Express Delivery: 2+ days, $14.95.  Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for customers. Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries but has removed the Express Post guarantee for the time being. 

Bulky Goods: 3-14 days, subsidised shipping rate - $15.00.  More information below.

In Store Pickup:  If you are local to our stores, you can choose to pick up your order from 92 Main rd, Moonah.  Orders are packed at Moonah and are usually available for collection within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect your 'in store pick up' order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for your order to be shipped. An administration charge of $4.00 will be added to the postage option that you choose.


Please contact Australia Post if your item arrives late, damaged or is lost. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for such occurances.

At this time, do not offer insurance on deliveries

Bulky Goods

We offer subsidised shipping for bulky items - our shipping charge for bulky items is $15.00. Products that incur the Bulky Shipping charge are disclosed in the product description. Please select the Bulky Shipping charge option at checkout - any order that requires Bulky Shipping that has not included the amount in their original order will be invoiced separately for shipping charges.

If you are ordering multiple bulky items in the same transaction, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order - additional charges may be applicable.

As our shipping charges are clearly stated above, we are unable to cancel any order on the basis of shipping charges being incurred.

Bulky Items excluded from our free delivery offer and from any promotional free shipping offers.

If we deem any large orders to be of a volume considered by us to be 'bulky', a shipping invoice will be issued.

Bulky Goods require a physical address to deliver to as we are not able to ship to a PO Box.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Multiple Orders: We are unable to combine orders - if you wish to have items shipped together, please make sure they are ordered together.

All orders are packed, checked, and sent from our warehouse in Hobart, Tasmania. We dispatch from Postcode 7009.

Please ensure the correct address details are recorded on your order. If we need to resend your returned order, additional costs incurred to redirect a parcel will be passed on to you.

If items are not collected from pick up locations (eg: post offices) within the required timeframe and returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for re-delivery fee.

We are not responsible for deliveries if the address supplied to us is incorrect.

Pre-Order Items:  If your order includes an item that is listed as 'pre-order', all items will be shipped together when all pre order items has been received. If you need items that are not pre order, sent immediately - please place separate orders.

We do not accept cancellation of any pre-orders.
