At Raspberry Lane, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Dispatch Times
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-orders).
- During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
Delivery Options (Australia)
Standard Delivery
- $9.95 flat rate for orders under $150
- FREE for orders over $150 (excluding bulky items)
- Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days
Express Delivery
- $14.95 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
- Sent via Australia Post Express (fastest available option)
Bulky Item Delivery
- Flat rate (subsidised)
- Estimated delivery: 3–14 business days
- Bulky items are marked on product pages
- Must select “Bulky Shipping” at checkout (if not, we’ll invoice separately)
- Bulky items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and are excluded from free shipping offers

- $19.99 NZD flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 9–30 business days
Local Pickup
- Free in-store pickup from:

Pre-Order Items
- If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
- If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
- Orders ship from our Hobart warehouse (TAS 7009) via Australia Post and trusted couriers.
- We cannot combine multiple orders once placed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect details or non-collection will require a reshipping fee.
- Raspberry Lane is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers. Please contact Australia Post or your courier for assistance with tracking issues. Of course, please contact us with any issues and we will also try from our end as well.
