Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Change of mind
- Exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Clearance items are exempt.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Return postage is the purchaser’s responsibility. Please contact us for the return address.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for faulty or defective items under Australian consumer law.
- If your item is faulty, please contact us with details and photos.
Exclusions (no returns/exchanges for hygiene reasons): Swimwear; dummies (pacifiers); cloth nappies; baby bath/skin care products; breast pads; consumable lactation products; breast pumps; ice packs; clearance items (final sale). Faulty clearance items will be refunded or replaced as required by law.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch times: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-orders). During peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
Australia
- Standard: $9.95 under $150; FREE over $150 (bulky excluded). Est. 5–11 business days.
- Express: $14.95 flat. Est. 2+ business days (Australia Post Express).
- Bulky items: $15 flat; est. 3–14 business days; excluded from free shipping; cannot ship to PO Boxes; multiple bulky items may require a custom quote.
New Zealand
- $19.99 NZD flat; est. 9–30 business days.
Local pickup (Moonah, TAS): Free pickup from 92 Main Road, Moonah TAS 7009. Ready within 1–2 business days (you’ll be notified).
Pre-orders: Orders with pre-order items ship when all items are available. Place separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.
Notes: Orders ship from Hobart, TAS 7009 via Australia Post/couriers. We can’t combine orders after checkout. Incorrect/undeliverable addresses may incur a re-shipping fee. We’re not responsible for carrier delays/loss/damage.
