We want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options:
Order Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-order items).
Please note: During busy periods (like sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery

FREE for orders over $150 (excluding bulky items)

Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $150
Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2+ business days

Flat rate: $14.95
We use Australia Post's Express Post service, which remains the fastest option available.
Bulky Item Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–14 business days

Flat rate: $15.00 (subsidised)
Bulky items are clearly marked on product pages. Please select the Bulky Shipping option at checkout.
If not selected, we’ll issue a separate shipping invoice before dispatch.
Ordering multiple bulky items? Contact us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quote — extra charges may apply.
Bulky goods cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and are excluded from all free shipping offers.
In-Store Pickup (Moonah, TAS)
Live locally? You can collect your order from our store at:

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 business days

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready

If you’re unable to collect your order, we can arrange delivery — a $9.95 (standard) or $14.95 (express) postage fee will apply.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived.
If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order.
Please note: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

We use a combination of Australia Post and couriers to get your order to you quickly

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hobart, TAS 7009

We can’t combine multiple orders — please place everything in one order if you'd like items shipped together

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or not being collected in time, the cost to re-ship will be the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for deliveries delayed, lost, or damaged by Australia Post. If you experience issues, please contact them directly
